Thunder

The Thunder squad manages and derives value from technology within Global Share. It's responsible for supporting the technological needs of all other squads and provides a welcoming culture across GS.

This squad works with other squads to use new technologies to streamline enterprise policies and rules. It analyses workflows across our social enterprise to improve technological assets. Manages any digital assets and provides guidance and support as to how to use them. The squad members' responsibilities vary across different roles:

• Developing the enterprise's strategy for the use of technological resources
• Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely
• Evaluating, building and implementing new systems and infrastructure
• Providing technical support across the enterprise
• Identifying technical problems
