Helen platform is online space where like-minded people meet to collaborate on reaching their educational or professional goals using innovative tools.
Our first two features, events shop and ask community targets two user groups:

  1. Community Members who are working on achieving an academic or career goal through attending online workshops and networking events where their questions can be answered by expertise.
    1. Those highly interested in getting support to achieve their academic or career goals in a year or less. They are motivated to attend events, ask questions and collaborate with others.
  2. Expert Members or organisations or communities who are interested in providing online development opportunities and answering their community’s questions in one centralised place.
    1. Those highly interested in giving back to their community and achieving tangible social impact in supporting individuals to achieve their academic or career goals.
We at Global Share eagerly look forward to volunteering applications from those who share our vision and want to be part of its history by working closely with all the executive assistants and the strategic planning manager to ensure smooth operational efficiency in Global Share’s progress towards its vision.


 
The title, according to GS's terminology: Compass Squad representative
Location: Online
Type: Voluntary.
Weekly hours needed: 6 Hours or more.

You will lead the operations of our Compass Squad. The Compass Squad's role is to define the strategic direction of GS and guide, facilitate, monitor, evaluate and improve the processes and their interactions to reach our strategic direction.

You will be in a leading operational position, supporting the orchestrator and the squad through overseeing internal operations at the Compass Squad and stepping in when the orchestrator is unavailable.

You will work on a variety of tasks, including:

  • Maintaining constant communication with squad Members to ensure proper operations of the plan implementation.
  • Leading, motivating, and supporting the team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
  • Presenting your squad’s operational performance and its progress in reaching its objectives to Compass members and founding director.
  • Support the setting of Compass Squad Objectives.
  • Keeping the Compass Squad’s members' information up-to-date.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any relevant qualification.
  • At least 5 years of Business experience, including at least 2 years of Project Management or any relevant experience.
  • Ability to interpret relevant data.

  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
  • Excellent Leadership skills.
  • Excellent Time management skills.
  • Organised & Responsible.
